Kekuatan mendorong pompa air submersible akan lebih kuat jika dibandingkan dengan pompa air jet pump karena peletakan dalam yang akan menghasilkan tekanan lebih besar.
Bukan hanya itu saja faktor kebisingan dari pompa air jet pump biasa sangat mengganggu berbeda dengan pompa air submersible yang terletak dalam air dengan tingkat kebisingan sangat rendah.
